Radiator over flow tank could be something as simple as a water bottle with a hole drilled in the cap for a hose to slide into, probably not all that durable but something to get you running.

Once the system is full and all air out you wont need much of a reservoir or much volume for that system.

Do a search on evilbay for one here is a search I did for TRX over flow and it returned a bunch find something that looks like you can install, search for other ATV's and bikes I am sure you will find something cheap.

Whats with the bottom of the piston skirt in this pic it almost looks like it was rocking in the cylinder bore and catching in a port opening?

there was 1 mm difference between the piston and the jug!

K-BOOM!!

THe person that sold them to us,ran several races with them before removing

this is a 36mm off the dirt bike... I used it in the pilot for a bit... Went with the 39mm instead on the pilot...
The stock pilot is a 34mm if you want that???

you will remove the black cap on the vent line above the starter won't you??? It needs to have a vent line on it...

call wiseco... it will have to be custom made, unless you can cross reference the numbers off the box...

Ok,I should have the base gaskets in from speedchaser today or tomorrow, o rings by wed or thurs
36mm carb by then too I hope,{TURBO},Then she goes together!
got a couople of radiators coming, a banshee from bogger,and a gold wing 1200 with fan from evilbal

so with that being said,I think I have covered all my bases!!!!
I will be posting some more pics of my progress

Thanks to all that has helped so far!

We get this one done..THEN it's 420 time!

Glad to hear she is getting close. Be sure to use a quality synthetic oil, around 32:1. Do plug chops n watch the EGT to get the jetting correct at all rpm ranges. I would also write down everything including compression after rides to make sure nothing is changing. When its together, let me know what your squish is please.

well the 360 is together,time to install and start figuring out the exhaust and cooling!
anyone hear of BV, see sticker on liquid cooled jug :-)
