Just looking for some opinions on my welds and rear suspension setup. Do you guys think it will be strong enough, and any advice on making it better. thanks

Welds probably will be strong enough I worry about the hinge pieces being thick enough?

Your spot on plating and boxing in the areas you have outlined that should beef things up nice.

Those are bicycle frames. You will need to beef up like you have for sure.

I would like to see you ditch the bike frames from your setup. Bike frame tube is really thin friend.

Are they really? I would have never guessed I like the concept, no idea if they are strong enough I would check the factory welds if they are bike frames they were usually brazed not welded?
