Engine mounts will probably be trashed. Start researching for a replacement, I always wanted to research a pourable substance, carefully remove the factory rubber and pour in new got rid of all my 250 stuff before getting to that point.
Side note my 2010 RZR-S has similar Engine trans mounts that are all sagged out and need replacing, finding the correct Durometer pourable rubber will be the trick.
