I just recently purchased my first 89 Honda Pilot, and I'm from Amarillo, TX. Anyone from around here?

Has Fox rear suspension, and aftermarket exhaust also. Runs like a champ!

Hi welcome to the site congratulations on the Pilot, more detail pics of the Engine, pipe, clutches, shocks?

I drive through Amarillo on my way to ride out West any good riding in your area, I usually spend the night in the parking lot of the Flying J

I can take a picture of the Engine and shocks later. There's actually a really cool place to ride 20 mins from town called the Canadian river, tons of trails and a mini sand dune. Also Little Sahara is 3 hours away. Thanks for welcoming me to the board aswel.

Might have to check that place out on my next trip through, can you camp and ride?
Directions?

I have been to Little Sahara plenty of times how does it compare? Amarillo is a good place to take a day off from driving lol

Thanks

Yeah I can camp, and ride. That'd be fun to meet up, and do some riding.
Directions
From Amarillo:
Take US 87/287 north (about 18 miles from downtown). The entrance is on the right hand side just before the bridge.

From Dumas:
Take US 87/287 south (about 29 miles from downtown). The entrance to the area is on the south side of the bridge, right after you cross over the river.

Only one problem at the moment, and that's that I don't have a truck or trailer. I depend on my family for those things. I'm 24 and married though, just didn't want you to think I was like 16. I plan on selling my Cobalt SS now, and getting a Tacoma.
