Interisting side bars and rear fenders. Any closer pics? Also, you might not want to run it too long without the side air scoops being that it is still an air cooled Engine. Once you get the water cooling installed, you should be fine, but be careful.

Yeah I will get some photos a little closer. All the cooling scoops have been formed out of titanium alloy diamond plate and sprayed with rhino lining. the fenders are formed kut of sheet titanium alloy and hard riveted to the nerf bars. Expanded titanium alloy was also riveted and used as a step. I will get better pictures so you can see the work. With it being all black everything blends together. I am also running my projet fan above the head for cooling until my head and jug are finished.

Yeah, keeping air circulating is crucial without water cooling. You can do a hard ride, come to a stop, not have enough cool down time, and melt your piston without knowing it

that's a Git-er-Dune machine for sure. Do you run a prefilter, Outerwears, Moose and other brands are available, keeps the fine particles getting by that reuseable filter. Just a suggestion. Those air scoops arent breaking or bending with the diamond plating, cool!

Updates? Also, I highly suggest either wrapping that "K&N" in some oiled up UNI foam, or just getting a UNI filter. Those cotton gauze type filters lets too much garbage through
