Well good news.... it runs. It will not start using the electric start, but put a new plug in it and it fired up first pull. Im guessing the previous owner didnt do any research cause the first solution I found when I googled no spark was cause by the electric start drawing too much power.

Well that's cool
New starters are pretty inexpensive on eBay or you can buy the rebuild kit
Get a compression tester and see what your compression is At

One of the techs at the shop tested it at 130lb. Going to take it home for the weekend and clean it up. Change the trans oil and grease all the points. Also going to pull the comet clutch to blast and rebuild it. Also my cost on a starter rebuild is only $12 for Honda so got it on order. Getting all kinds of excited but going to make sure everything is ok before I actually ride it. Any suggestions on a new belt or should I stick with an OEM belt?

For $35 you can get a Dayco HP3004 belt from Autozone delivered to the store but you have to go in store to order it.
