Hi guys I joined in 2012 but I just realised I never properly introduced myself I'm 32 and live in Belgium. I have always loved offroading, especially high speed trail riding or dirttracks. I bought an ody in 2012 but sold it a year later. I recently came across a cheap pilot that i bought immediately. It was priced at about half the usual price, but it's in ok condition. It just misses the rear fenders. I have bought used Lt front arms and a friend of mine is building bumpers, nerf bars and the missing fenders at the moment. I will do a rebuild this summer. The frame could use a sandblast and powdercoat. I'm also considering a rotax 470 or 583 conversion. Here is a video of me riding it last weekend: https://youtu.be/QCGY-wDcJ5E I also own a single seat buggy/crosscart with a 110hp honda cbr600 Engine designed for rallycross racing. I also have a heavily modified Yamaha yfz450 quad. I'm an account so chances are I will often need the help of seasoned gearheads on the forum. Everything I know about mechanics I had to learn myself

I received the fiberglass fenders 'Romain French' made for me. They are not perfect, but they look pretty good. You can see the shape of the stickers on the original fender :) I also added some pics of the nerf bars and bumpers he is making for me. That man has got some serious skills Next month me and him are going to meet up in Paris (in the middle between our homes, we live 800km apart) I have made a deal with him to change my original Engine for a 494 rotax kit he owns.

The way I bought this kit, the fan is located on the front of the radiator. This isn't the concentional way, do you guys think it wil cool sufficiant this way? On other rotax swaps I have seen the manual starter was removed. I cut a hole in mine, it fits. But it touches the frame. I hope I won't get any problems with vibration against the frame. I used shocks from a yamaha raptor 700 on my LT kit. They are about 2,5 inches longer then stock They are fully adjustable and cheap. The weight they are set up for should be the same on the buggy.
