Hi

My name is Lars, i'm a HondaGuy from Germany and bought my first FL250 3Weeks ago.
I love all what have the "Honda"-brand and this Buggy's are hard to find in Europe. I'm really happy to have one and actually restore it with my son.

Not to bad at the first look but it’s a many to do.

-tires are trash
-Wheels all damaged
-Wheel axle FR broken
-roll bar bent many times
-all fenders broken
-missing head light, tail light, completely exhaust, parts of the belt, reflectors
-crank shaft bearings are rusty
-seat cover trash
-engine mounting trash
-and many other little thinks

Parts are hard to find in Europe and shipping is expensive.

Oh that brings back memories, all 3 Engine mounts will probably be trashed. Start researching for a replacement, I always wanted to research a pourable substance, carefully remove the factory rubber and pour in new got rid of all my 250 stuff before getting to that point.

Side note my 2010 RZR-S has similar Engine trans mounts that are all sagged out and need replacing, finding the correct Durometer pourable rubber will be the trick.

You can check out oddatv for the Engine mounts. Maier still makes fenders
https://oddatv.com/

eBay is googling to be best bet for some of the other stuff. Probably not cheap once it has to be shipped or to find someone willing to ship overseas.

I've found all 3 Engine mounts, both tail reflectors and both needle bearings with shipping for 115€ in the Nederland. All genuine, the best deal in my situation.
Crankshaft bearings and seals i've found on a bearing store, a NOS axle for 30€ on Ebay. Maier will not ship to germany, but for the first time i'll test to repair and strengthen.

I've bought the FL for 350€, Parts actually for 440€. Maybe i have luck and found Taillight, headlight and exhaust for 200€, so it is a 1k€ project. But i don't think so.
