I'm not a totally new member, but just recently got into the FL350s after starting out with a FL250 project a couple months ago. Here's what I picked up a few weeks ago:

The 350 in the truck is running and I've taken it for a few short rides around the property. The weather and ground condition has been too lousy for much more than that. The person I bought this from also threw in a set of Worx w/ rezzies, which need a little work, and a Rotax 583 Rave kit that he was planning to install but never did.

The stuff in the trailer I bought off a different guy that was divesting himself of his remaining Odyssey hardware. There is a mostly-complete 350 and two 350 frames. He also had the parts that go on the frames, suspension, seats, steering, cables, brakes, electrical, etc. Only one Engine though (just rebuilt and never run, he claimed) and one complete transmission -- the other trans was in pieces and needs a new case, at least.

I already sold the mostly complete 350 to a friend. We started it the other day and it purred like a kitten so that was a happy thing. I have another friend that is going to buy a frame and parts. He has some kind of snowmobile Engine on hand already and was looking for something to put it into.
