I started off-roading many years ago I guess my first off road buggy was a home built my dad made my brother and I , my first reat ATV was a 1970 ATC 90 and a Monkey Wards 2hp mini bike I started riding in 1971

I moved up to a 1980 ATC110 then a 1982 KLH200 then a 1983 ATC250R

I am a long time member of the Pilot Odyssey group, I bought my first FL250 back in the early 90's sometime, a good friend of mine bought one new in 83, I bought my Pilot in 1996.

Nice machines. I see why you ride so far away. these places look so much nicer than central IL.

After riding outside Illinois I feel like a fool to even roll a ATV out of the shop to ride.

I want to return to Killpecker dunes at Rock Springs WY and Saint Anothys dunes in UT this summer to explore more of the area but am afraid price of gas is going to cancel this trip before it starts.

I installed a 300 kit on mine also but I still need to get the jetting right.

I havn't ever had the opportunity to go out west. I saw some pics were from the Lake Havasu area. How is it? I'm planning to spend a week around thanksgiving in Lake Havasu City. I'm gonna take at least a day or 2 and find a place to ride.
