I found my first 250 by word of mouth, friend of a friend thing, it was welll mollested and NOT running, the piston had a hole, it suffered a quick death by detonation, after a quick hone new piston and rings it was running again, after a few local riding trips the rear axle broke, after getting it into the shop and apart I could see someone had broke the axle then welded it back together again, I found a replacement axle and used it.
Sorry no pics
My second FL250 was the Challenger... Sweet machine! if I were less than 5'8' and weighed 100 lbs less I would still have this machine talk about FUN!!!!
