I have had one too many brushes being thrown off or crashing my 400EX quad. After two good spills, I figured its time to get back into the Odyssey scene after being out for 20 years! I used to have a 77 set up to race flat track and it was a blast!
Before making this decision I was looking at buying something for the wife to ride because quads scare her. She used to love riding my old FL250 and she made the decision she wanted another Odyssey. Remembering the bone jarring shakes I used to get into with the old 250 I decided to get her an FL350.

Man what a difference and what a rush! I will be trading my perfectly good low mileage 400EX for an FL350 for myself!

I always like seeing guys getting into the FL350's and keeping them running instead of parting them out. I don't know how much longer I will be running the FL350's so as long as there is a need for parts I am hoping parts will always be available at least until I get out of the Odysseys. Right now it is all that I can afford. I like the Drakarts. Ive seen Special Ed, Drakman and Ted at the dunes and they look like a blast. If economy ever recovers maybe I can get into one. I would like to get one now cause I have noticed you can pick up a Formula for around 10K these days. Ive seen Pilots only bringing 4500 for a clean one. Anyhow have fun with the FL350's. I wouldn't get anything else but a 350 for the money.

I too have a 350 for sale. I can not ride dirt anymore.
I will sell it just to get my money back.
There's a pic or too here.
Look in for sale
Ken

Odysseys are not that big of a pain to keep going. Parts seem to be not that hard to come by. My other hobby for the last 15 years or so has been vintage VWs. I just sold a 64 Notchback & am finishing a 66 Beetle. Problem with the VW's is the are som many different variations and a boatload more parts.

I myself will do my best to keep at least one more FL350 on the dunes & trail!
