Yea that's me, just bought one for my daughter, (LOL) like she's 5. I wanted one of these when I was a kid, but didn't have the money, then forgot about it for a while. When my Yamaha Big Bear 350 got stolen a few years back I kept wanting to replace it, then I found one locally on Craigslist. The guy wanted $400 for it but after I saw it I knew I would have to spend $1000 to fix it up so I gave him $280, hey it's Christmas. After looking at some of these kick ass karts and what people were paying (or expected to pay) mine would probably qualify as a parts machine. But hey I'm not afraid of a little work, and if the motors blown up, I can get another one. no more than I got in it I can do anything I want to. After reading the postings, I knew I did the right thing rather than buying a Murray that I could ride now, I chose to get a Honda that when fixed will last forever.

Thanks for inviting me to the forum,

Mike

Welcome, and nice score,

lots of good deals around now, i think the kid will be needing a FL350 or Pilot for Dad to ride along with them, you know for safety sake.

you can save lots of frustration and money around here, but watch for people that PM or email soliciting parts or service, if its for sale they ought to post it with the price, either way its nice to know what things are going for and who are the fair players. feedback helps make it work.

Yep, this is absolutely true, steer clear of 0 post pm msgs. i have had no trouble with buying and selling parts to fellow members on here with absolutely no trouble.

But, anyways welcome to the boards if there is anything you need feel free to ask! the members on here have done nothinig but expand my interest and understanding in the hobby. there isnt a forum out there that's better for pilot/odyssey topics.

Tim
