Think it says in the manual what they cycle at when your testing the switches for function? Mudbogger and or Pilotman messed with this years ago and their was a post on it ?

I need to get an plug for the holes as the radatior has no sencors in it

Lee should know the thread size.

i think its M16X1.5

It is M16X1.5 thread for the pilot radatior sencor

Well went to start working on the Engine bay and noticed that the cluth was way off then I realized that I got a tra clutch with an ring gear that's longer than the old square drive clutch Luckily I have my lower Engine mount tack welded so I cut the tacks and slid it over some more then lined it up (again) then re tacked it will stick weld it once I know its going to be all done

Well got a little work done finished the hoses for the radatior
So started it up today let it idle for a bit till it got warm then found out I got some little leakes on the exhaust (not a big surprise saw that coming) so I marked them with an pen so next time I weld i will fix them
The Engine is running quite a bit rich how it sits just has an little bog when you rev it ill worry about that later

Trying to figure out what I'm going to do with the fuel return line will probally end up welding an Hume on the top of the tank .

R

On mine for the fuel return line I just came back about 6" from the carb and cut a TEE into the carb supply line (line that comes from my gas tank and feeds my carb) and routed it back to the inlet side of the carb, seems to work, I was going to do the same weld in a fitting at the top of the tank some day just never got around to it.

It looks like a real nice fit. As for an airfilter it goes right on the end?

Pretty much

Trying to find a airbox that might work
But will worry about that when I'm done with everything else

Looks like you have lots of room so you should have quite a few options

Well the exhaust ain't done yet I have to redo the damm thing
So there goes some room

My word of advise never build somthing without all the parts in hand

I went from the clutch that came with this Engine and went to a tra with an ring gear and its bigger than the old one so it screwed me

Had to re postion the Engine mount and had to fit out the other bar out so when a belt breaks I don't have to slide the Engine over

Kinda tired of working on it at the moment just burnt out lately

Don't think I got a photo of this yet

Picts

For got to put the tank Is mounted now also

Stuff to do

Find an dry style air box that will work
Muffler
Brake lines and pads
Throttle cable that will work
A lot of wiring
Not gonna worry about any of it till the end
Finish all the front stuff
Battery mount
Coil mount

Just too much stuff

If I wanted to make my ears bleed I could probably take it for an ride and use the e brake to stop
And wire an kill switch just I case it tried to kill me lol

I looked at a bazillion different air boxes from UTV's, tractors, etc...even tried to make my own out of PVC drain pipe for a concial filter, and one for a square panel filter. Still not happy with anything I've got. I think I'll simply settle for a 90-deg elbow pointed up at a 45-deg angle with a splash/roost guard, conical washable filter, and secure to the down-tube with a bracket. Simple.

Did you ever look for any thing that goes on an pickup truck

I looked briefly yesterday

Saw a round one for an f150 that could work

More intrested in finding an ehaust at the moment

Just need to find some nice square muffler

Was going to use the fmf but it won't fit properly
And it would look like ass on top of every thing

So I'm making room in the frame and putting the muffler out side main cadge
