Just picked up a spree to get running to make some quick cash as they sell pretty easy in Chico
Picked it up for $150 clean title only has 2,825 miles on it so has plenty of life left
Stuff to do
Order new battery and belt

Make an air filter

Fix hole in exhaust

Other than that I got to put it back togher
The belt was obliterated (lost that photo :( )
Should get it done pretty fast will be wating on parts for sure
Should only have $220 max into this

Well fixed the exhaust already
Wasn't too bad

Still getting used to this new welder you can only go so low 85 on the dial is the lowest for pulse
Pulse works if your laying bead on top of good material all day for this stuff

Just got to paint it

I could see you cruising along on an 8 lane highway with this. You'd fit right in. Have to stand in front of the mirror and practice your confused look first.

"You want these extra gloves? My hands are getting kinda sweaty....." LOL!
That's a classic. I like in the first video when he almost wiped out coming up the road. Think it backfired.

Here's what came to my mind when I saw it.

Still getting used to this pulsed welder

Turn off the pulse

Take a 1/8" stick welding rod knock all the flux off, set your welder to weld like a man (no pulse) use the mig welder like a tig welder on that thin shit start at the top weld it down hill leading the puddle with the 1/8" filler rod taking most the heat, the weld in the pic should have been done in one pass and one pull of the trigger.

Little practice it will look really nice and you wont look like a moron pulling the trigger 500 times to make a simple 1" weld :-) Get a can of that splatter shield some call it nozzle spray and give it a shot in the weld area and them little BB's wont stick makes clean up easy.

FYI I usually make weld repairs like that with a stick welder same deal use a stick rod for a filler rod run down hill, 99% of the welds I have to make you cant use anything with a shielding gas because of the air currents carry it away.

Those Sprees are so cool!

would of tigged it but didn't feel like taking the welder out
and i found out that i can take it off pulse

pulse welding is great for normal welding that dosent have big gaps its amazing on thin metal
