well I just got an odyssey fl250 for $500, all complete and running with fenders. I have a few questions. are there any cheap front shock upgrades from an atv or something? also what size are the hubs? I'd like to go to a more common 4bolt 1 piece rim, those rusty 2piece rims are scary haha and last question, I had one as a kid and remember it being easy to roll, mine seems like a pain to push around. the breaks are not stuck, and the ebrake I found was empty, needs 2 shoes and 2 springs. I have not rode it yet, going through it to make sure its safe first. on the jack stands it runs fine and the axel turns easy it seems under motor (( Internal Combustion Engine ? )) power. the previous owner said he replaced the axel and rear bearings, the gear reduction box has clean golden oil. any suggestions? thanks for your time and help, Peter |
