I'm looking to use a different carburetor, on the carburetor that I'm going to use the intake side is 1 3/4 where my stock intake boot is 1 1/2 so I'm looking for and I guess aftermarket intake boot..

The rubber "boot" and the aluminum flange are one unit. Only way to get a carb that big on your stock intake manifold is by soaking the rubber in hot water and then carefully stretching it over the carb. Very likely it will tear, if not right away, sometime down the trail. The stock manifolds are generally dried out and the rubber has lost its elasticity.

I had some aftermarket billet units available for sale (the Dan-i-Fold), but sold out about a month ago.

I am not sure how mechanically inclined you are or how much access you have to welding equipment but you might have to make something like I did. You can check out my post called "not quite a danifold". It was posted on June 22/14. If you go to the bottom of the active topics page there is a tab that says "display post for the last ** days". Click on 6 months and go to page 10. Look for the post "not quite a danifold". Good luck.
P.S don't buy the manifold that Aftersucks tries to sell. It's complete junk that requires modifications.
