I think i need a new needle as fuel is flowing past all the time. running or not. float is good and i set the level correctly.

Sweet! thank you. I bought a used float and needle, guy sait they were used for 1 year and he upgraded his carb. I thought the did not make them any more... what size carb is used 28mm or the larger 30mm?

You better measure yours in case someone put on an after market.
Stock they are a PE32.
