 Post subject: fl350 mag crank seal

so I finally got my act together and started putting the 360 back together, and this seal is leaking..what is everyone using for replacements. this one is the right size that hoser found but never installed it

also wondering if I really need to disassemble the Engine to do this seal..im thinking I can just pull it out and press the new one in
