Post subject:  Family trip to Silver Lake - Buggy rental suggestions?

My wife and in-laws are renting a house for 4-5 days at Silver Lake, MI in a few weeks. I'm looking for suggestions on two-seater buggy rentals. Any suggestions or recomendations on who to use or not use? Past experience? Website links?

We're planning on doing the rental rides during the day Friday to beat the weekend rush, too.

Unfortunately, this isn't a trip in which I'm bringing my own rigs. Although it will be nice to not have to worry about my rigs, especially since I'll be moving ALL my stuff moved to my dads farm the preceding few days. Cleaning out my garage b/c I'm selling my house.

THANKS!

Dan A.

We never did rent a buggy up there this past weekend. I couldn't justify the price. My sister- and brother-in-law rented one of those "Parrot Rentals" Jeep Wranglers and had a good time. Not much capability in those Jeeps, but they had a good time beating the p!ss out of it. Got it stuck near the top of the very first hill (rookies!).

Looked like Parrot Rentals, Wild Bill's, and Silver Lake Family Rentals were the main three. I don't know if Mac Woods rents buggies besides doing their dune 'scooter' tours. I saw that a place or two rented Razors, but I didn't check the price.
