Was told to leave a Iowa ohv park because my odys were not atvs but considered utvs by Iowa's definition because it has a bucket seat instead of a saddle type seat. Was given a warning ticket. I consider a utv to be like a side by side and according to Nebraska definition (where I live) so do they. The good news is that utvs got approved for this park but they have to change the signs first, however they had no problem taking my registration money which is non-refundable.

Do you have a pink slip or registration card for your odyssey? If so does it recognize your ody as atv or utv on those papers? If it says atv then a state park cannot change what a state document already designated your vehicle. Look it up under your states laws and Iowas

Was there another odyssey type vehical around? Besides the
Quicksilver sr440?

I do believe Suzuki had a 4 wheeler out at this time.

Yup. 83 LT125
84 LT50
85 LT250r- I wonder if it was the hype of the LT250r they were building against?
