Hi all-I have never posted here before so bear with me-My fiance had arranged to do a Trade with this seller on ebay before he took ill-heres the auction for you to see http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayI ... gory=43974 the trade was for the parts listed on this auction-they were to be traded for a brand new poly cell tank complete in the box brand new-the poly cell tank was shipped out as agreed upon by the parties,(I have the tracking info)and the auction was to be stopped and the parts listed there to be shipped.Well they never got here to date and after being told by this seller that he was going to ship them FED-EX-we got nothing for days from him.(Thursday, March 31, 2005 5:45 pm good deal who did you send it with my will be fed ex)
After numerous emails from me to him I got this response back from him many days later after the auction was over and I quote" listen my my uncle passed away suddenly and that was the reason i didnt get a chance to stop the auction there was no need for the way you replied you will still get your parts im not trying to take any one i will explain it to the highest bidder i don't appreciate the way you handled this i could take you now if i wanted for your smart remarks". I had sent the seller 3 emails in regards to the auction prior to this, I have been in contact with the high bidder, he is a great guy and very understanding,he has notified me that he has told the seller to send the parts to me-I HAVENT GOTTEN THEM YET.I wish for all to understand this guy is scum,if he had a death in the family that's very unfortunite,I expressed my condolences to him but the story doesnt add up, he is the reason why I have asked my fiance to stay away from ebay-I hope everybody puts this guy on there do not buy from list-you may be stupid like my fiance and think everybody is a good guy, but they arent.He gots his parts, I havent gotten mine and don't expect to at this stage-Now my fiance is out 75.00 plus shipping to some scam artist.Thanks Hoser for allowing me to post this-

Hi, since you didnt end the auction, I am hoping that your a man of your word and you will sind me my PROMISED front end parts-I have contacted the high bidder and notified him of your bis ways-if you don't either send the poly cell tank back or my promised parts shame on me for thinking that you were an honest guy-I guess I'll see.Somewhere along the way you'll get taken like I feel I have been by you, see how you feel, it isnt a pleasant feeling.You had promised to stop the auction, ship me these parts-you didnt.As for the future, you'll never get an bid from me or my friends, and they are many in this hobby.It hasnt been a pleasure doing bis with you, thanks for nothing.You are the reason so many are staying away from Ebay-it hurts everybody and helps nobody.

smart remarks?poly cell tank shipped as per agreement to him-seller emails back next day and tell me my fiances parts are being shipped and the auction will be ended,days go by- neither done-the parts that are supposed to be my fiances are being sold to some unsuspecting ebayer!!!Please forgive me--it may seems trivial to some but under the circumstances we are presently dealing with it really just makes me want to puke.
