I have had 109 good transactions on eBay that have never been in anyway bad. My 107th transaction was a joke and usmotoman is to blame.

While in Oregon my boyfriend and I blew up the KTM, needed a new crank, seals, bearings, gaskets. The bearings, gaskets and seals came after a few days. The crank on the other hand was shipped 5 days after I ordered and when I look at the shipping invoice, it has the wrong item number and was for a yz85, I emailed asking if i just got the wrong shipping invoice, and after 2 days of no response ended up calling and hearing some stoner say "oh my bad girl, when you get it just send it back and we will ship the right one", I told him that I paid for 3 day shipping and he said "yeah so it will be there tomorrow so just send it back" I asked could be ship out mine ASAP and he says "no can do, need that one back first, have a good day and bye". Call back to no answer several times. The wrong item comes and my boyfriend confirms its wrong, I check my email and no return slip! I call, no answer, email, no answer. 2 days later I file with eBay and the same ****tard calls back asking "what's my deal?". After a oh so pleasant talk, he sends the return info.

That was 3 weeks ago, they sent the same ****ing crank again, in fact it was the same one they sent before exactly. Sent that back, finally got a hold of the owner of this company and he got everything set right, but it took a whole week for it to get here! I have missed 2 planned rides because of these idiots. USMotoman can kiss my ass if they want my buisness again!

Exactly! I can understand one mistake. But keep track of it and try to keep your customers with a better deal or help.

Ugh ! Im having the same problem ! 3 weeks trying to get them to answer the phone or emails. Lots of b.s. excuses. Wrong crank set. Whats the owners name ? Hopefully not Chuck. Hes been giving me the run around as well as some dips$!% who cant type or spell. His emails make no sense at all ! Definately beware of this place. They have done this to many people !
