So I'm selling a few of these FL350 intakes on evilBay. Ebay takes 10% final value fee. Paypal takes 3.2%. Then Paypal offers a "9% shipping discount" on the USPS Priority Flat Rate which costs $5.80 thru Paypal with the "discount" of $0.55 results in a shipping cost of $5.25. BUT evilBay also charges a "10% final value fee on shipping", and since I've got $5.50 as the shipping cost, they charge me $0.55.

SO in the end, shipping through evilBay & Gaypal costs $5.80, when anyone can go to the USPS.com website and get the same shipping for $5.25.

Its 55-cents, I know. But on top of the ~13% they take off the top, anything more seems criminal to me. Plus they rob Peter to pay Paul and make you believe that "shipping through Gaypal is such a great deal." BS!

In the end, I make $4 more off of an evilBay sale, but the buyer loses $16.49 to the auction-house. ***BUY PRIVATELY IF YOU CAN TO SAVE YOURSELF $$$$'s!!!*** //\\ ***BUY PRIVATELY IF YOU CAN TO SAVE YOURSELF $$$$'s!!!*** //\\ ***BUY PRIVATELY IF YOU CAN TO SAVE YOURSELF $$$$'s!!!*** //\\ ***BUY PRIVATELY IF YOU CAN TO SAVE YOURSELF $$$$'s!!!*** //\\ ***BUY PRIVATELY IF YOU CAN TO SAVE YOURSELF $$$$'s!!!***

I hear ya. Their regular listing and selling fees are ridiculous nevermind the shipping fee. I ship directly through the USPS and don't involve ebay or paypal and just pay the $5.25.

Yeah I was  SHOCKED  when I sold something a few months back and saw that theyre getting 10% now,I thought it used to be a lot lot lower.Seems like it was a sliding scale, like 1% if it wasn't over a hundred bucks, with 3% being the highest.
They are so big they can charge what they want with no competition.
