Just the way this description was written throws up a red flag. When it says wire transfer, cash or checks it seems even more fishy. Until proven otherwise.. I will say something is not right about this ad.

Sounds like he is protecting himself to me.

New scam is people send you a bank check for a item the check looks legit and your bank cashes the check, the check looks good so you ship item then weeks or a month later the bank finds out the check was actually a BAD CHECK they charge your account for the BAD CHECK.

Buddy was selling a motorcycle on craigslist the other day guy said he wanted it bad would send the bank check then soon "you cash the check I will send my shipper to pick up the bike" buddy told the guy to send cash with the shipper haha havent herd from him since, I told him to send the shipper with the check make the scammer waste his time haha

I think it looks ok.Best way to know is ask him if you can pick them up in person with the cash. Also if it wasn't legit he would probably be asking a lot less than he is to sucker people into buying them, his asking prices are pretty spot on.
