Ive been screwed by this guy CS1006 Kevin Oleksiw on Dootalk for the last few months.
I have givin him more than enough chances/warnings to make things right,but he refuses,& ive had enough.
Here's a copy/paste which explains it all, from Bad feedback posted on Dootalk:

CS1006 Kevin Oleksiw. Doo Parts and extra money sent for future parts.
Back in March this year I was PM'd by CS1006 in answer to wanting some doo parts,to which he wanted Can$1,900.I agreed and did an international Bank deposit of Aus$2,500 conv-Can$2,155 into his wife's Susan Oleksiw bank account.The extra Can$255 was for future parts as I wanted an ongoing
seller/dealer to work with AND save on time,and bank transfer fees,plus the fluctuating Aussie dollar.
I am from the Ol' school,and have a lot of trust in people,and always had great dealings with other US and Can sellers/buyers, plus saw he was Doo crew member/vendor highlighted in yellow.
I am a member of several diff buggy,sled sites/forums (as my Dralkart Racing buggy has a Doo MXZ600) and like to think I have a good reputation/standing on them.
He has been difficult to deal with,abbusive and extremely bad communicator,with lots of excuses.

I have given him warnings about bad feedback,and sending back my $255,for months now.
I did'nt want it to come to this,but how long does a guy's patience last?
He even told me that he went "Above and beyond on the $1900 deal????? as an excuse to keep the $255.For the last 6 months the amount of emails,plus I spent $80 on international phone calls to him trying to sort it out.I have all PM's,emails and Bank transfer details to prove to the Moderators or anyone else.
Kevin return my $255,you have NO right to have kept it for this long.
If not,I will be looking at legal recourse as I have all my banking and other details for a no brainer case.

i also had a bad transaction with this bum,i had sent a pipe out without even being paid cause he needed it right away,took months of emails and was always ya ya soon..i went to small claims court and filed papers, then i finally caught his attention when he received the documents..then sent me nasty emails calling me a punk..lol...i laughed so hard cause i kept them all and was ready for court...he paid up 1 day before the court deadline...i think he is a coward,i was looking forward to seeing him in court...i hope it works out for you..don't give up,contact his local police dept

hi,I seen your post in the negative feedback section.I also had problems with kevin.I bought a set of cs pipes and after I paypaled the money he told me he had sold the pipes but could get me another set if I wanted to wait a bit.so I told hi no problem but contacted paypal and had a stop put on the payment.he emailed me back saying that this is not the way to do buisiness and insulted my home town.I ended up getting my full refund but I played him at his own game.he laso owes another guy an 809 cylinder since a couple years now and wont give it back.he always has sad stories about this young 16 year old that has no money and is looking for parts.so he keeps asking to give this young guy a break and cut the prices.I don't know if he used this line on you yet? anyway if there is anything I can do to help let me know.I have his personal email address if you need it and I know he is a used car salesman..its guy's like him that make the honest canadians like myself look bad. good luck
