Dragged my Ol' 1st Pilot that I started racing with at Northam Speedway, outa the back shed,on the weekend.
It did really well, fighting well outa it's weight/pwr division.
Has'nt seen the light of day for nearly a year now.Took some shots with and without the Protective speed racer bonnet.
Started with Re-donating it's parts back, followed by a hosedown n wash.Where do ALL these spiders come from?
Does'nt time fly when your enjoying yourself. Can't believe I have neglected it for this long.
Checked the fluids, changed for some fresh fuel, charged up the Flattery, and Viola! Brraapp Brraapp! :-) Idled on it's own
as if it was doin' it yesterday!
Can't believe that this is a 20 yr ol machine. QUALITY!
Anyway, here's some pics to while away some time...Baz

Really nice pilot. Did Honda sell them in AU, or did you get it shipped somehow?

Thanks guys.
Pilot never was sold in Aus,Mr Honda deemed us Not worthy!
250/350Ody's were tho.
I bought my first 2 from SoCal this 89 and a 90 model,(sold 90)and then bought Neil's ex ATV racing Pilot from Colorado.
Shipped from SoCal Pomona (Depto)to Melbourne (Aus East Coast),taken out of sea container, then trucked across the Nullabor Plains (3,000mls) to Perth west Coast.
Phew! What an EPIC Journey(Hey Hare!) :-) All those miles just to get me my Bugdrug! :-)

wow, I thought my ten hour drive to get my last 350 was bad. After going through all of that I do not think I would be able to part with it.

Yeah, that used to be my feelings as well. But enter Racing and it's a diff ball game.
Keep needing to step up to please Hoser :-) His site info and 24/7,constant online help culminates into my racing wins! :-)
If I don't do well,I'm worried that he'll ban me from his site!
I am just a small part of his Global P/O Internet Domination Plan.Muhaha! :-)
I'm under pressure to perform, deliver the goods,so selling and stepping up in the power ranks is inevitable.
Easy to sell when you know that the next Pilot/Buggy will have more Whorespower! :-)
PS.Hoser,my next race is this SAT 17th,1st in the Winter Series.
Chant! "I must do well!..."NO damn it!...I have to win!...I have to win!"
Wish me luck!

Ted,your eyes are bigger than your keyboard fingers mate!
Yes I'm guilty. What makes it worse tho Ted,is that they are ALL crushed up cans, and also have no bearing on the kegs
ive been drinkin' last few years. They are too heavy to lift to take to scrap yard.(My excuse to the missus anyway).
Stop analising the pics SO well McTed'giver. :-) Just look at the Pilots. :-)
