My project FL350. Swiss Cheese.
Not sure what the guy was doing with the frame, but sections are missing.

Started it for the first time this morning. Then promptly took the whole thing apart for chassis repairs and paint. Glad I was able to get it started on the 2nd pull. Too bad I broke the pull handle on the first pull.

The project is coming along slowly, but surely. Working on getting the frame cleaned up and trying to do it the right way the first time.

Frame prep and painting is going slow due to rain and the holiday season. Fixed the broken Engine mount and have the frame primed now. Christmas came early, used beard seat and simpson belts (gift to myself) as well as Arnette goggles (From my sister).

The spindles are meant for a 350LB quad, not a 600LB buggy. I think your stock spindles and drum brake setup will work with those arms if I am not mistaken.

Yeah, Weezer the pug, is quite the dog. Pretty useless for much other than someone to stare at you. He is my buddy though.
Here is my progress as of late.
Fenders painted with undercoating, then red on the topside. Looks good now, but will be chipped pretty quickly. Looks awesome right now, going to have to do a photoshoot with some bikini clad busty woman.

Tore apart and re-assembled the converter box/transmission. Amazed at how clean it was, other than the grease on the outside of the case.

Got a smoking deal of basically brand new tires. Too bad the rears are 4x110 and 9" wheels or I would run them. Still might as I may change to 4/110 pattern.

Let me know how the undercoating lasts. Interesting idea.

Put some 4 on 110 hubs from an ATC, I have a couple of sets and work fine.

Which ATC do you get the hubs from? I would be very interested in changing them.

Cut from the above post....

DMoneyAllstar

Suzuki: 85-90 LT250R 4-bolt and 5-bolt rear (not LT500, its 26-spline)

Honda: Rear, ATC110/185S/200S/250R/Odyssey/400EX/450R

DuraBlue makes them for several makes/models

I just got a pair of 4x110 Honda hubs from a 1984 Honda ATC 110. Paid $14 shipped for the pair. They fit perfect.

Sold the rear tires. Going to just ride out the stock wheels. Big day today, got the suspension seat mounts in. This is huge, because now I can start reassembly.

Got it back on all 4 tires, for the first time since it got put in the back of my truck. The left side looks great, but apparently I messed up the suspension geometry on the right side. This is why the pictures are of the left side. Guess tomorrow will be working on setting up the rear suspension correctly.
