Side Panels - SOLD!

Just so everyone here on the board is aware. I sent this guy the money and paid for the two front right fenders. He said he would ship them tomorrow morning which was today. I aslo had asked him if he had any side panels and he said he did but wasn't sure how many. I told him i would be interested and to let me know. Well this morning I got a call and he said he was not selling me the fenders and that he would only sell them as a set left and right together. So just in case anyone else is interested just beware he backed out on a deal with me. I'll just leave it at that! Just felt it was important everyone should know.

Wow, that's pretty messed up!!!! That's pretty shitty that this guy backed out of the sale after the fact that you made arrangements with him, sent him the money, and had everything ready to ship out just because he didn't want to split them up?? You watch these don't go up on eBay for separate and for more of a higher price.

Oh yea, which brings up a good point - the roof or roofs were stated 75.00 + s/h so I email the guy as he states thru the post and tell em I might be interested in one, he says ok and that I will send over a pic. I said ok, great. Next he emails and says hey, I made a mistake, I have to sell that for 125.00 because that's what it says on the box, I'm not trying to make more money, I just want to get out what I paid for it....hmmm doesn't sound like it!!!!! Next thing I know the roofs are sold, didn't bother to recheck with me about getting it and sold it to someone else.

Well I'm glad I didn't get it after hearings out Pilot-Poppers issue. Watch out guys!!!!

funny thing too, the mirrors are gone. strangely enough there is a mirror on eBay along with a rear control arm. seller is in Washington Pa as well. seems as though he shouldn't have posted here and went straight to eBay if that is really what he was going to do all along.

Wow, you guys are really tearing me up here, and I don't think that one of you have ever met me in person to know who I really am.

Yeah, Pilotpooper got a raw deal from me. I told him I would send him two right fenders and then I changed my mind and told him that I was going to only sell them in pairs so that I could be sure to get rid of them. He had already paid in Paypal and he was offered a pair or all his money back. I did not hesitate to give the money back to him, even after he threatened to "report me to the board" as I can see he did just that. I am not sure why he is crying about it, he was just stock piling them anyway and claimed he did not even have cash to be doing this. If this is the worst thing that happens to him this year, he will have had one very good year.

As for post, I stated to EMAIL ME, I did not say anything about PM. I have had too many PMs never get delivered so I do not like to use that media. About the side panels, a buyer (from this site) EMAILED me and then asked to call me. As with any of you, if you get someone on the phone who has side panels, you are going to work hard to get those panels. The buyer knew he wanted them and he was relentless until he closed the deal.

As for the roof, yep, I had this list of what I was going to sell written on paper, sure enough, when I typed it into the forum, I put the wrong price. That price was only up for about 8 minutes before I noticed it and corrected it. I sent Pilotpooper a picture to show him that I had paid $127 + tax for the roof and that I had intended to sell it for what I paid and accidentally posted the wrong price.

In all, I did sell a lot of my NOS to the board. 4 mirrors, (5th mirror is on ebay), 2 roof panels, tie rods and tie rod ends, 1 LEFT and 1 RIGHT fender. I am not going to name out the buyers of these items but they can post something if they want to, they are all members of the board.

I still have 4 new control arms (not counting the one on ebay now) and 2 new radius arms. I am going to post them all as one set on ebay. I have tons of different bearings and parts that I am not sure what they are for or why I bought them. I have two more Pilots that I am selling too but have to get them prepped.

I am in a tight spot with money and need cash quick. I don't want to be sitting on this stuff that I stock-piled back when I was stock-piling, I want to dump it. But I want to dump it for top value. Seems like ebay is where the guys are that have any money so that is where you can find the rest.

No the problem is, people and there word and yes obviously we don't know you but I do know enough about you that your word is garbage. You were the one that posted up the fenders and what you wanted for them. You were the one that said send me the money through PayPal and then you were the one that said I got the money I'll send them tomorrow morning with a tracking number because it's too late to do it today. And you are the one that backed out on the deal after you said it was done. So therefore your word isn't any good. So don't come on here trying to slam me. If you would have done what you said you were gonna do we wouldn't be having this conversation. I said I was posting something up on the board because all in all there are good guys who stand true to their word. And I didn't want any of them having to deal with what I dealt with. If you make a deal in the future MAN UP AND MAKE SURE YOU FOLLOW THROUGH WITH IT!!! PERIOD!
