Will have better video later, these were taken from my sons phone. It is hard to tell but it is taking 2- 3 foot woops and 6 foot ditches on top! The videos I will post later will show the terrain better. This is my 14 year old son driving and I must say he was gettin with it

It's very hard to tell how the suspension is working from a video like this

If you can make a run with a stock pilot following, it would be much easier to gage the improvements

I believe the suspension works well, but from the videos it looks like any pilot bouncing around the desert

That's just my .02 worth of marketing advice

Not the best video but take a look closer at how deep the whoops are.. Just by looking at the video you couldn't run a stock pilot side by side with Dave's LT pilot unless you want to do a front flip with a stock pilot.

I get it, I've talked to Dave about a kit, I'm a believer

Have a video showing a stocker coming in behind at half speed and twice the bucking and there'll be a lot more interest

You can tell by the whoops and terrain how well the tires stay in contact, front is awesome. Rear has some small amounts of bucking but I bet a stock pilot couldn't hit at that speed.

We are still at the hotel and having problems uploading the other video, it will show what you want to see, my son nearly threw the stock pilot with works shocks away. What you think is a kick is a short pilot clearing a 6 foot ravine with a berm it is hiting. with only phones to film with it looks a whole lot different than in person. it takes a full on commit. Will try again tomorow to post the stock pilot. it will tell the story, ouch

Maybe someone with video editing skills can download your video and edit it, show one pass at normal video speed then another pass (same video) in slow motion?

I do not have these skills to edit or would help you out lol

its the hotel internet that is the problem, when I get home later we should not have to much trouble. I know nothing about computers and down loading. My son is a wizard but the hotel stopped the rest of what I want to show.

One word DAMN!

The stock Pilot bounces like my wife's Ody!

Nice suspension job with the long travel setup.

Thank you for the kind words. My 14 year old son drove in the videos and nearly tumbled the stock pilot, if you watch the shadows of the front wheels shows how much they soak up the holes. They are big

Second video, on board video, tell the driver to slide his hands down lower on the steering yoke you drive a Pilot with the heals of your hands, right heal of the hand pushes up to turn left, left heal of the hand pushes up to turn right, NO death grip on the yoke that will cause arm pump and or make you tired, you also don't have to muscle any feedback from the steering each time the yoke kicks its hitting the heal of your hands not trying to twist or break your wrist.

Your hands are never really attached to the steering yoke they just float over or hover over the yoke guiding and controlling it, hard to explain just try it, its a really relaxed way to drive a Pilot most people get all tensed up trying to maintain 100% control, let the Pilot do most the driving :-) you will find that the driver does not need to control the steering 100% of the time the Pilot will know what to do a lot of the time.

Duct tape cell phone to Pilot?
