I'm looking for a upper rear pilot link/control arm. If you have one please PM me price with shipping to 92562. I would like to find one in bad shape because I'm going to cut it up for the ball joint mount. Thank you.

Cant make the tab its just a chunk of steel with a taper hole drilled.

These are to fabricate new arms ?

Talk to Speedchaser about making up a batch of about 12 tabs for suture arms?

I have a few taper reamers but am not sure how to do the whole taper whole thing.

It's for Dave-Co, since your building the 450 for me I figured I may as well go long travel and it's what he asked for so that's what I want to send him.

I admit I don't know anything about the taper, if anyone can help me with that let me know. The ATV racing rear arms I bought when I first started the long travel seem to me not to fit the ball joint well at all

Lee can probably help us with the exact dimensions the hole is suppose to be?

Then it will be up to Speedchaser to fill us in on making the correct hole.

Taper is 1 in 10 (for every 10mm depth, the diameter reduces 1mm).
We had to special order taper reamers for our metric sizes.
Some one with a lathe could set up to hold the part on a face plate and bore the taper in.
Use a ball joint stud as a gauge, you want 70% contact between the stud and the bore.
