Someone is selling new plastics on Ebay. Side panels, headlight buckets and all four fenders and floor bucket. Not mine.

If your trending it the price of gold is going down price of Honda Pilot plastic is going up, once Honda runs out of the rest of the Pilot plastic the value of mine will increase better faster than if I had invested in gold.

Do you think at some point Pilots and Pilot parts will nose dive and just fade away?

I agree gold is a terrible investment. It's had a spike since the economy checked itself in 2008. Only does good when the nuts think the world is coming to an end. Investing in CD's would be a "better" investment but those usually suck to. Might as well keep cash in a mason jar buried in the back yard.

I think the bottom will fall out of the pilot parts market someday. Everything comes to an end. I don't see it happening real soon. When the middle age/older generation start to retire and not goof around with this stuff it will take a hit. Lot of stoops in my generation that don't appreciate stuff like this. Most common phrase I heard when i had an Odyssey was "I'd love to roll that thing." Those people weren't allowed to sit in it. The destructive mentality doesn't do anything for me. When a manufacturer makes something new that's just as fun with parts availability it will really hurt it. That's a tall order IMO. Until then it will just increase.

I hope so that's when I will buy more parts :-)

I really don't know I have seen them Pilots and parts go up then go down then back up, I thought someone building a really cool buggy like the Drakart or a Redline would drastically affect Pilots and Odysseys but they didnt.

What happened to those guys?

I remember daydreaming about the Drakarts in high school. Looking at them on the computer every time we had to go to the library for class lol. I do remember they were REALLY expensive.

As for Revolt's I never heard of those at all until I got on this site. Were they marketed poorly? Too big? Expensive?

What happened to your ody. Pics? Why did you sell it? Must be a tease to be on here and not have an ody anymore.
I don't allow anyone to ride the pilots/briggs cars unless they have a nice pilot of their own.
I think NOS parts will always pull a good dollar. There are a lot of restorers out there that are into the old Honda toys. (look at the bikes from the 70's for example.

I had some things come up and needed to get rid of it. I'm over the Odyssey thing. I want a pilot. I don't have pics at the moment. Broke my phone and got a new one. It's a bit of a tease but I'm saving $100 a week for a nice pilot. I'm patient. Not much but I've got a lot of other things going on right now and that doesn't put a dent in me. If I had a Briggs car I wouldn't let anyone ride it.
