Since my boot at the end of the emergency brake cable broke, I did a simple fix. I used 1/2" heat shrink tubing. I don't know the brand but once its heated and shrunken, it still has some flex like the OEM boot. I also siliconed both ends to prevent dust from entering. Heres a couple pics

Another option would be to use an accordion boot from a mountain bike v-brake. Bike shops usually carry a selection of sizes.

Good idea, will i fit over the cylindrical piece at the end of the cable,maybe stretch it a bit to fit, I gues you can get in different sizes?

They make a lot of them out of a silicone type rubber. Boil it in a little water. Put a little oil on the end and it should slip right over without a prob. Also if you did not find one quite long enough you could double them up.

Cool I just grabbed what I had on the shelf but if this don't hold Ill check into the mountain bike brake boot. Thanks MAS
