Received mine today. Thanks. Is see the cc is stamped on the inside of the insert dome. I always wondered if the coolhead I took in trade for some parts was 49 or 47. I just need to remove the dome and see what is stamped on it.

if its a cool head that I have made then its a 49cc I did not stamp the ones that are sold together.
only the ones that where is the 47cc or it was a extra replacement dome .

Why do I need a replacement dome? Not being a smart ass. I have one of speeds coolheads didnt know the dome could even be replaced. Thx EZ

Have you ever seen the inside of a head that has had piston fragments or other stuff in the cylinder while it was still running during poof kaboom? It looks like it was hit with a hammer. Hoser has turned many stock heads smooth again. If you have trouble down the road you can just replace the dome. Many pictures of damaged heads on here.

The 47cc dome will give you higher compression and a spare 49cc dome isn't a bad idea incase you have a poofkaboom and destroy your original dome.
