i also broke and axle - good thing i had a spare.

Wow looks good, I like that Coke overflow too haha. So is this a direct bolt on for a stock 250 jug?

this particular water cooled head is made for a cr250 head
but they have heads for stock fl250 (i think)

it seems to be real sturdy yet is still shock mounted - i have replace the dr pepper can with a clear water bottle i think it looks and will work better

That's a sweet head you got there. It's a Hillside Honda head. You probably knew that already though. Does that one say Hillside on it anywhere? I've seen those done up matched to a water cooled jug and water passage holes drilled through to the jug so the coolant flows through both.

i picked the head up from a local ex-odyssey racer here in Tulsa who has been helping me get the cr250 running right. i will look to see if it says Hillside on it anywhere.

my friend Kyle ran a 87 cr250 topend on his fl bottom end.

Kyle also owns a machine shop which is helpful with these old things
