Brake thinner?

Is that for thinning out your brake fluid?

Thanks this thing has some cosmetic issues here and there. But nothing I can't work with. Overall I'm perty happy with this buy. I hope it doesn't distract me too much from my 617 build.

Worked all day cleaning, welding, and painting. It cleaned up nice. Still need new head pads and to finish the roof cap.

Just acquired a mirror I was missing. But I'm missing the mounts. Need the measurement so I can put them back where they belong. And do they come straight out or do they kick back like the 350s? Any help would be great.

Hoser as well as others said that the mirrors were better lower and flipped over their bars to make the stock mount lower. You could put them anywhere you want maybe you should get the lower measurement from Hoser instead of the original mounting spot.

I'm 6'2 so the factory spot would be fine.

I have one pilot normal and the other flipped. At 6'1" I prefer the mirrors in the normal higher location.

I've been cleaning on this pilot since I got it. Adding all the little features I like. One of those is a 6 pack rack. I just received the cooler I ordered. Looks good the colors are perfect. And I had a decal that fit over the crap that was on it. So ill start building a rack this week. I'll post more pics as I go.

If you can get a hold of ATV racing in Arizona, they sell the six pack rack for a pilot.

If you decide to make one, make more for the rest of us LOL!

Yea I've seen them listed on there. But I'm not willing to spend a hundred bucks on one. I'll build my own much cheaper. I really wish they would post pictures of there products. Thanks though

Picked up some material yesterday to do my 6pack rack. This is what I got so far. I'm going to add two more braces to help keep this from swinging around too much. And some small loops to hook my bungees to.

Nice job -- looks great.
When I crashed my oddy a couple weeks ago and destroyed it the first thing the cop said to my brother was "where is the booze". Here in Canada we can now be charged with DUI now that we have to insure our machines as of this year. The only problem is my brother and I don't drink so he was out of luck. You might want to pack that cooler with sandwiches.

Done. now just needs some paint. Completely bolt on. So if I get sick of it it can come off.

Are you sponsored by them or what? They still sell that stuff?

Ahhh ok I had already forgotten what it said. I thought you were saying drakkart? I don't even know what that is. I searched for vintage igloo 6pack coolers and I thought the colors were perfect. The HRC decal was applied over the lettering moments after I opened the box. The cooler was $18 and the steel was $6

Finally got a good reverse light. Thank you for that rarerat. Looks much better. I pieced together a pair of mirrors and I had a glass shop cut out some real mirror inserts. I siliconed these in place. They're very clear. When I rebuilt the cage I was missing the mirrors so the thread inserts had to be welded on. Well see what else I can get done this weekend.

I've been missing my air box lid. I finally got one. It had been heavily modified. So I glued a piece on the top and added a 3" inlet. I ordered a outer wrap for the filter also. Tomorrow ill get some hardware and finish the upper mount.
