Holy crap! So glad to hear your brother is ok. It seams like going end over end through the tree's could be deadly if you hit the wrong branch.

That's what I was thinking ...or rock, I mean boulder!

Very true, I had a branch punture an ATV tires once....
Go through the body like butter.
How long did that recovery take?

About 2 1/2 hours.

My brother made a simple driving error and he almost got the death penalty for it.
This could easily have been a bad day for us.
Honda builds a stout chassis.
The tube on the oddy is very thin but strong the way it is put together in my opinion.

Wow. That's a long way down a steep hill. Glad you're brother is ok. Damage looks minimal considering. I just have to say wow one more time.
WOW.

You guys should get a couple of those street bike jackets that have built in airbags.

Or better yet, maybe you can retro fit some side curtain airbags from an old minivan?

Well we went out. Sorry no drama to report. But I do have a couple of pics I can share.
Buggies still run like crap at the bottom end. I just can't get them to run right. As soon as you let off the throttle they stall. They both grumble and spit until you get to half/three quarter throttle. I tried messing with the air screws. No luck. Guess next week I will be playing with pilot jetting. They ran so good last year with these jets. Can't figure it out.

Top speed: 58.7 mph
Elevation: 4538ft
Distance: 40.3 miles

File comment: I took this pic through the lens of a pair of binoculars.

And that's why we end up in Royal Columbian Hospital with a broken back sometimes.
The cahones shrivel up real small after that for a while. Then they grow back :-)
