i need a new honda piston & rings in .25 or .50 over. i lost a top end on this last dune trip & have the cylinder at the shop getting ported & polished. if someone has just a piston, i would take that, and then start chasing some rings. have money ready in paypal.

Check your local dealer, if they are willing, they can check inventory in other dealerships.

Well who doesn't want OEM. I have several OEM parts that I would like. Problem is Honda is not making them anymore and I can not find them. I do wish you luck.

You may find a OEM piston, but OEM rings are hard as hell to find. I assume you will also want OEM pin and OEM clips. and then there's the OEM connecting rod bearing.

Look nice on the parts fiche....

Unobtanium, I think is the word of choice here. If they do exist someone is probably sitting on them.

Facebook has its faults, but the specific groups/pages are great for finding parts you can't even get Google to hit in.

Maybe a group buy on ART pistons? ART is the mfg of the OEM Honda pistons http://www.art-piston.co.jp/en/

Who has time to carry the torch and attempt to communicate with ART and setup a group buy?

Maybe start a go fund me thing?

The Pilot cylinder is thick enough you can bore it to a CR450 so we could look into over bore sizes up to that size for all the Pilot cylinders on the last bore.

I started a PilotOdyssey.com site on farcebook could never figure it out and abandon the project nothing makes any sense to me, I kept getting mutts wanting to be my friend that I have no idea who they are all kinds of strange annoying shit, very intrusive, at one point I had more friends request than people I have met in my lifetime. I could not figure out how to make people on farcebook leave me alone, tried to delete the account found out that is almost impossible seems Fuckerberg needs the dead accounts to prop up his stats so he makes his billions, I went to other peoples site look in the "Discussion" find nothing then months later find out you need to look at their "Wall" whatever the F that means guess that is where most the "discussions" take place, farcebook is the most backassward experience in my life.

A while back I tried to visit the site I created and it would not let me proceed to MY SITE until I entered my personal info seems now farcebook is roliing they no longer want a user named PilotOdyssey.com they want the real deal so Fuckerburg can sell my info and I can receive all kinds of unwanted advertisements by phone or snail mail. Farcebook has SCAM written all over it or I am a real dumbass. Either way I want no part of it.

Google facebook owns your face

On a side note I will be heading your way in a few weeks, you know how to use Google Earth?

I have used it but not a lot. Mostly for checking where I am and what's around me. Let me know when you are here I can show you the progress on the car. Work was very busy this summer and I didn't do much of anything but work. I got sidetracked with a different hobby as well.

Most groups let you "like" the page now and then you don't have a 1000 friends you don't know.
I'm not big on the whole friend thing either. I just like a page and search there for sale sections.
Found a couple Briggs cars in Calif and Az. Older ones needing work. Found another Triple E
In California as well. I'm looking mostly for parts now and not whole cars. Finally found some Champion wheels and will be picking those up tomorrow in California. Saw a picture on this pilotodyssey site and asked if they had any wheels and he replied back yes. Champions in 13" are unicorns.
