Hello Mudbogger, what do you mean on the master cylinder that you need an 004?

The front and rear master part #'s are 43500-HEO-006 and 45500-HEO-006.

Steve, your correct, but if you call SERVICE THEY HAVE A DESINATION for the left and right sides, the left side is part number ending in 004-the 006 as you posted is correct.that's how they explained it to me over the phone as I was upset over getting 2 right sides, using those same part numbers you posted,expecting a left side and a right side master.I called and that's what the service rep told me, the part number ended in 004 for the left side-or that's how Honda desinates it in the parts fiche he had.

Gregg, I ran those part #'s last night on the service honda website using the 43500 and 45500-HE0-004 niether one came up.
Have you ever talked to Mark at service, he is who I deal with. I would call him, tell him I told you to ask for him.
I do not think they are correct.
If they give you any crap ask for Sue she is great, I guarantee you she will find out for sure.

I have dealt with Mark, I believe he was the rep that told me the left side master was a 004 desination, but I may be wrong-lol.

Got the GALFER line kit yesterday from WEED, and installed it as well.The kit doesn't come with any directions-so you have to think carefully and dry fit the lines prior to installing them as in my case I needed to insert the little brass spacers in both lines coming off the wheel, and on bothe top and bottom as well, which was a real bitch-takes time.I used a dab of grease to hold them in place, but that didn't work each time and I had to take the line off, re-insert the spacer and tighten it.After some time and alot of pumping I got them both bled-fronts took some time which surpirsed me.
I also finally got the OMF rims and tires mounted and installed on the Pilot-I used the old stock shocks for the time being to get the Pilot off the workhorses,I haven't made my mind up as too what rear shocks I will be using yet.I had a CHECK UNIT for the lights here on a old harness so I installed it, the motor (( Internal Combustion Engine ? )) should be started and heat cycled this week for sure.I know it is going to need some carb adjustments,and I still need to have my buddy fab me another of those dual air inlet bracket like I have on my COLORADO Pilot, which was a great design for sure IMO.The chassis is a rolling 1 currently-plastics to come in the coming weeks also.I'll snap some pictures of it for guys ASAP.

Sure-I can do that.I would highly recommend dry fitting the lines-if you are going to attach the stainless lines directly to the stock lines inside the wheel and on the lines at the base of the wheel you'll need the spacers as the ends of the stainless lines are too long to seal the stock ends --I show you a picture-once you install the brass spacers the lines seal right up-I have never seen these spacers or used them before, but they work real good.Are you going stainless on all the lines in the front?

After checking the brake lines for leaks, I started to install the front plastics, and I aligned as best I could off the ground the front end with the toe in slightly in the front-
I got the NEW OEM floor tub in, the left side fender as well,the steering clomun plastics,and the right front fender on tonight-looks great will picture tomorrow for you.I do not want to install the rear plastics till after I run the motor (( Internal Combustion Engine ? )) for at least 1 heat cycle, just in case there a leak,the plastics are way too much money to have them on before that is accomplished IMO.

FINALLY got a left side master cylinder gaurd for the wheel today(discontinued) along with a reflector for the stock roof lid,and a stock bracket which holds the rear brake line and harness onto the frame, and a set of dam near brand stock new rims as well, these babies are in great shape-very very happy indeed-I took the tires off them and they are going to the powdercoater this week for sure-along with nerfs I had here.Honda white for both-I'll send my ATVR bumper there at a later date-might do the nerfs and front bumper silver like the front/rear suspension as well, but have not decided that just yet-I'll look at the colors and go from them.Bled the front brakes again as I still would like a little more on the lever, it feels just a touch too soft and pulls just alittle much, after some time it got to where I needed it to-took some time, air in the lines sucks.

Some updated pictures,all new OEM front plastics on,GALFER braided lines installed off the steering wheel,OMF rims and tires on-instrument cluster on-brakes bled, I will start the motor (( Internal Combustion Engine ? )) this week and heat cycle it before I install the rears.

Started and heat cycled the motor (( Internal Combustion Engine ? )) yesterday-sounds odd-might be the stock clutch-or the silencer-
Looking for leaks,etc, retightening all bolts, nuts.
Installed a ATVR DESERT BUMPER on the front bolted right up,matched the paint pretty good

Heat cycled the motor (( Internal Combustion Engine ? )) again today 3 times, checked all hoses and fittings for leaks, got some small exhaust leaks but that's it so far-will be taking it off the stands and going to install the rest of the plastic soon.Need some little stuff like headlights, etc but that will come in time.

Here is some updated photos of this project. It still sits on the stands in 1 of my garages, never seen the floor to date since it's start. I heat the Engine up every week on this thing. I have left some plastics off it for a prospective client who was interested from outside the US.Any comments are welcome. This is #3 of my trailer queens.

2 MORE. My apologies for the poor pictures, I must have gotten some oil on the lens! The exhaust is a rare GRAYDON PROLINE expansion chamber which is rare! Also everything on the steering wheel is brand new OEM no powdercoating, all OEM including the master cylinders!!
