I am putting a motor (( Internal Combustion Engine ? )) into my 350. I did not take the motor (( Internal Combustion Engine ? )) out, and I know some of the parts were not right to start with. My question is: is there a kit that has all the bolts and nuts and where they go? I am struggling with little parts like the connections between the Engine and transmission and needing the hard ware.

I have a print out of the manual, so I was going to just go to the hardware store and start buying the bolts as I discovered ones were missing.

Any suggestions?

Depending on what bolts you are having problems with you can try taking pics and some of us maybe able to help you. I went through the same thing with the 1st one I rebuilt and I can say that most bolts will only fit in one place, so with some trial and error you can probably figure it out. If you are going to break down the Engine it might be a good idea to separate the Engine bolts from all of the frame bolts. I break things down in phases now and I store the bolts for each step in an empty 2-liter bottle with the top cut off,so I end up with one for yz top end and such .. I am not aware of any kit that says 'put bolt A here', but you can look at a parts microfiche on a site like servicehonda.com and see what mm bolt is being used in any given location. the service manual may list some of the sizes as well.

Thanks guys. The trouble is I did not disassemble the Engine, so I don't know what little parts go where. Most make sense. I am going to the bolt store this afternoone with my manual to buy a bunch of the ones listed.

who took the motor (( Internal Combustion Engine ? )) out? They did not include the nuts/bolts with the ody I assume huh-man that's BS.
Look on Ebay there is sometimes seller that sell a "parts lot" which is usually all nuts and bolts for the odyssey's.That's how I do it, and you can get the stuff for nothing.Picture here what your missing, we can help I betya.

Thanks guys. I found a site that had the blow up of the actual parts, so I can see the specs on the bolts. The manual just had the diameter and pitch. I am hitting up the bolt shop tomorrow!

I did find them. I found the exact specs on the service honda site and went to a local nuthouse!

I am going to make a hard attempt at getting the motor (( Internal Combustion Engine ? )) buttoned up and started tonight, so I might have a ton of questions. The pictures in the manual are not very clear.
