It don't work, the page loads after a few minutes of bogging down my whole computer
like its going to crash or something then I get the "error program will now close"
then my browser closes.

Can you just send me the file so I can watch it I don't want to spend 3 days learning
computer crapola trying to get it to play only to find out some web page building homo
planted something I don't need anyways on that that page that crashes my browser.

How about a simple link like Oldmanody or Pilothawk uses?

'hoser enhancements' the clutching is set pretty mild.

So your saying that it is all motor (( Internal Combustion Engine ? ))? I would love to get my briggs to have that power out of the hole. Don't know if I've got to get a heavier spring for higher engagement, or change my gear set in the triton true trans. I have the horsepower, just not where I want it all.

What is your power to weight ratio, guessing the modified Pilot is about 50 hp 605 lbs dry?

What is your weight balance between the front and rear?

Your clutching set where your upshifting before peak torque? I like to shift way
before peak torque because it seems like you hook up better that way.

Your first adjustment should be to get the right pipe on your Engine, then
dial in the jetting, you have removed all the normal intake missmatching parts
mating parts is good for throttle responce...

The motor (( Internal Combustion Engine ? )) is putting out 127hp @8100rpm. I have only been able to run 6900rpm with the set up I had at the last ECJ. I was playing with clutch weights for a while and at certain conditions on tight trails I will pull 9000rpm, and that makes a huge difference. I am in the process of building a proper pipe for my machine. The old pipe was off a Rupp 250, not enough flow/scavenging for a built indy 500. A pipe off a polaris 800 is the donor and has been highly modified to fit with out killing the air flow. I will also be insulating the pipe to keep the heat in the pipe, something I didn't try with the last one. I would have to guess that my weight ratio (off the top of my head) would be 75/25, the rear suspension is very soft to help in the weight transfer and traction. Weight is about 735lbs with out me. I also bought a set of the adjustable clutch weights to help if needed.

Can you find a 2 into one factory pipe made for that Engine then cut and turn?

What clutches are you using again?

I am using a factory two in to one factory header that is cut at a 45 degree angle to mate up to the flange (to fit past the seat and firewall) The OEM 500 pipe I am told is extremley restrictive. I did buy one to see if it was workable and it appeared as if it would be be even further restricted once I was done putting bends into it. I figured with the 800, once I was done with my modifications I would still ahve plenty of volume to make it efficient. The front/drive clutch is a polaris P-85 (very similar to a comet 102) set up with a gold spring and 68gram weights. The rear is a comet 790 with a 36 (If I remember correctly) degree helix with a white spring (9 and 1/4" diameter) My RPM has been coming up slowly with heavier clutch weights, which is why I bought the adjustable weights. The intake is a straight shot from the filter to the pistons. They are both port matched and the flange mounts are rotated and tapped to allow for the straight flow of air.

When you cut and bend the pipe you need to take the wedge part you took out
of one side of the pipe and put it on the back side to maintain the pipe size and
length.
