Hi Guys,

Well i am going through the angst of selling my Pilot, i cleaned it all up and checked it over, not that it ever needs much. I sat back and looked at it sitting on the stands in the garage and tried to think of reasons why i have decided to sell it. Other than the wife saying i have to many toys i can't come up with a good reason to sell but i think i could fill a book of reasons to keep it.

My kids and i have had an absolute ball with the Pilot, it is so easy to drive, goes very well and other than a major Engine failure at the end of the first year we had it, it has never let us down. I have one of those gut feelings that tells me i am about to make a huge mistake. But she who must be obeyed has said something has to go. she would probably get the Pilot in the settlement, lol.

Thanks Mozzy, that's the wifes new car, it is just 3 weeks old and already covered in mud from up here on the mountain. Narrow dirt roads sure take there toll on cars, we have to have 4 or all wheel drives just to get home. The Tiguan has that direct chassis control, i am not too sure how it works magnetic/electric dampers? I will definately make sure my next car has it too, it is unbelievable how effective it is, handles like a sports car in sport mode and turns into a boat on comfort setting.

I did miss your message but i have replied on ebay.

Cheers

They are a nice car, pity they don't have the Amarok Engine.

My friend was going to buy one, but, her dad persuaded her to buy a Rav 4. Go figure!

I'll check your response out.

Cheers.. :-)

Hi Mozzy, I sent the reply from my phone, maybe that's why it is slow.

You have mail here now too.

Well now i know i did the wrong thing, the Pilot is sold. The first guy that saw it bought it on the spot. I thought it would take ages to sell and it's replacement isn't even in the country yet. Still have to wait another 3 weeks.

Congrats on the sale!

Don't forget to remove your ebay ad before the auction ends.

Don't want some clown bidding then complaining to ebay that you're a shonky ebayer.

A Revolt, huh? Nice. :-)
