Hello All

while rebuilding my front
I found that the stock bushing are to sort and to big in the inside tolerance
for the grease

so I made up some new style bushings that are longer and tighter and with a grease grove
I went with a o-ring grove on the head for sealing

thanks SpeedChaser

Yea there was a post recently where someones shaft was wore below spec. Maybe he will see this thread and inquire. I had to replace all four on the lower arms of both my FL350's, lets hope they go for another 20 years, but the way I drive maybe in dog years.
