4-9-00 Here are some pictures of the lower links after they were straighten, reinforced and painted. All Pivot points were greased, the upper spherical bearings were clean inside but were in need of some grease, my guess is that Honda dont use much grease on them when they assemble them at the factory. The 7 1/2" long bolts that run through the lower control arms were very rusted the bolts were cleaned and a liberal amount of never seez was applied to the length of the bolt so it will be easy to remove next time.
Next on the list of things to do. When I lifted the front end of the Pilot up to inspect the under side antifreez started to run out from around the radiator cap so I will need to change the cap (already have a good spare) then I can change the tie rods PICTURE HERE I already have a spare set of modified tie rods painted and ready to install. Then I will check out the front brakes, wheel bearings and seals.
