Since this has happen before I will be looking at another head with better cooling capacity
like the Pro Design cool head but first I need to cc my head to find its volume so I can order
the correct dome, right now my compression is #170 I want to drop back down to #165

First I will see if the head was warped by removing what is left of the gasket then washing,
a little carb cleaner and a rag takes the carbon out of the dome, I colored the gasket surface
with a black marker before sanding with 360 grit paper duct taped to a 3/8" thick piece of
glass.

After a minute or two you can see where the raised part if the gasket has left a recessed area
in the sealing surface of the head but the head is not warped, this leads me to believe as I
first suspected and that when the head heats up to the point where the engine looses power
it expands enough to scrub off the black sealant the factory applies to the gasket surface to
seal the 2 mating surfaces enough to make it leak.

I checked how many cc's my head is so I can order the correct dome, mine is 49cc's

Working on it check back later....
