Going from experience here anytime you bend a stock rim enough to deflate the tire front or rear you need to change both wheel bearings regardless how good the bearings feel they will fail soon after, like in a few hundred miles.
I have had wheel bearings fail me 3 times since I bought my Pilot back in 1996 2 times in the rear one time in the front, all three times it was within a few hundred miles of deflating a tire and bending a rim by hitting something along the trail usually stumps or rocks lol.
Two out of the three times it ended my trip using my Pilot the two times it spoiled my trip was rear bearings the one time it was my front bearings I got lucky I was at Silver Lake MI at the dunes and just swapped the whole front wheel assembly off my wifes Pilot onto mine for the rest of the trip.
One of the times my rear bearings failed was early in my week long trip at Little Sahara in OK trust me it sucks to drive 850 miles and the second day your primary ride toy is back on the trailer for the rest of the trip.
The rear bearing failures were so memorable I will share more info with you, by time you realize the rear bearings are bad while your driving the Pilot you have destroyed the bearings and greatly damaged the distance spacer (discontinued part) what happens is you feel something is wrong in the rear because the rear feels like its trying to skate around or moving side to side, if you then try to drive it back to camp with a bad bearing it usually tears up the the knuckle assembly (discontinued part) lucky for us we have
