I havent had enough stock pilot arms to tell the difference unless its pointed out to me. Only reason i was sure they were pilot was because i hadnt heard the ol switcheroo story yet. I knew bob took a set off of his pilot but didnt know they were switched out. But at least the balljoints seem to be the same. and hell yeah for $85 for a set if you don't have joints.. not a bad deal!

Looks like there are enough of them, wonder if Honda still has them New? Stoked, great find, explanes why they are so much narrower for a smaller machine

looks like they have one of them still for an 88-89 (assuming those would be the same as the balljoints on the pilot) http://www.partzilla.com/parts/search/H ... parts.html

looks like 86 and 87 used a different type of balljoint on the upper http://www.partzilla.com/parts/search/H ... parts.html
