Pretty cool 500. There was one of those chassis for sale last fall in Kentucky on Craigslist I think he was asking $350. There was one just on Craigslist here last week couldn't tell if it had the independent quad shocks on the back or not but it was $350 or B.O. to.

Hey oleblu72, What do you mean by "One of those chassis"? This one is a FL250 chassis. The cage I designed and built with a friend of mine. This is how it ended up after a minor service and at the end emerged from my shed. Rear suspension, ( built by me ) wider front end, Engine mods etc, etc. That's only the HALF of it! Now NO standard FL250 chassis but a highly modified Pro ATV Phantom 4 full tubular chassis and cage. Full IFS & IRS and hopefully a CR500 top end on a SUPER CASE if I can track one down?? Water cooled and so on. Like I said I have to track down one of those Engine cases. Anyone got one?? Cheers 500

Randy use to have a supercase Engine I seen it on his shelf might be worth asking him if he still has it, think it used a KTM top end.

Years ago Bill Keefe was going to make a kit for the Pilot and work with Marv at 4x4tuff so we had a CR500 based race Engine option might be a good time to fire up that idea again? Bill was going to make a Engine mount adapter so it would bolt right in a Pilot in place of the original Engine, with a custom pipe and a goki starter it might be a expensive option, light weight but powerful!

500 they were called Challenger chassis, talk to Hoser he use to mess around with them. Go back to the main forum page and look clear up to the left hand corner and you will see "my homepage" click on it and look on that site until you find Hosers write up on his Challenger plus theres alot of usefull info on the site.
