Hey guys, listed the 90 tranny for sale on eBay as I found a Lt front end I'm gonna buy :) I put a reserve on eBay of $750 for the tranny as was told it should sell from 800-1000..if somebody on board wants it...lemme know and I'll take off eBay
Axles came out pretty easily with the pb blaster trick. Let them soak a couple days and pulled the right out with a puller I made. Only issue I saw with tranny is a small chunk taken out of it from somebody trying to pry out an axle at one time. Lemme know of anyone's interested. I'm planning on doing a rotax conversion on one of my pilots so I may sell the stock Engine as well to help front the bill. That pilot has never been apart from what I was told, both previous owners were/are board members also, so have no reason to belief otherwise. Pm if any intrests

The transmission on my Pilot came with that same chunk missing where someone tried to pry on it has not affected the performance the damaged happen before 1995 sometime

If you look close you can see it missing in the pic, I figure the only reason the other side is not broken is they cant access it with a pry bar

Wait a min....are we talking bout the same chunk missing? I'm talking about the piece on the outer ring kinda v shaped? Are you referring to where your arrows are?

I am talking the V shape that is missing in the case look close in my pics not at the arrows, mine is missing at about 11:00 in the pic its dirty so look close.

The arrows in that pics are pointing at my hoserized sealing system using a gob of silicone to seal the shot out of the splines. More pics here

Tranny didn't sell on eBay...my dumbass ended auction at 8am on a Sunday ...lol $750 shipped if anyone wants it. I'll throw in driven clutch as well
