Looks like the Pilot is missing the wrist restraints you should look into replacements.

I see the mirrors are installed in the factory position I think they are more efficient if they are lowered, set in your Pilot look forward, your running down a tight trail 40 mph, now look in the mirror to see who is behind you, you have to look way up then left or right to see who is behind you, scary taking your eyes that far off the front huh.
NOW take the bars the mirrors mount to off and flip them end for end and install, now when you look in the mirror you just have to look left or right to see them allowing you to keep your focus more on the trail how ever if your a person of real short stature you might still be looking up a little but its much better.
You will also notice when getting in and out of the Pilot he mirrors are MORE out of the WAY and you reduce the chances of hitting your head on them, I have seen people break off a mirror $$$$ by hitting their head on them.
